• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory service role.
• Leadership skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Server / Waitstaff

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Present menus, take orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and assist with setup/clearing.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
• Polite, attentive, and guest‑oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, manage special requests and provide local information.
• Coordinate guest services (transfers, excursions, special occasions).
• Liaise between departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in guest relations or concierge role.

Senior Receptionist / Shift Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead the reception team during shifts and ensure smooth check‑in/out procedures.
• Handle bookings, guest enquiries, and billing issues.
• Train and support junior reception staff.

Requirements:

• Solid reception experience in a hotel environment.
• Organisational skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail.

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, perform check‑in/out, manage phone and email enquiries.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services and local area.
• Support the reception team with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous front‑desk experience is an advantage.
• Friendly and good computer skills.
